I made a Mobile Deposit, but the funds have not been credited to my account.

Mobile Deposits do not post to your account immediately. Mobile Deposits made before 7:00 PM EST on a business day will post to your account on that business day, and will be available by 9:00 AM the following day. Mobile Deposits made after 7:00 PM EST on a business day will be credited on the following business day, and funds will be available for use by 9:00 AM the next morning. If you need immediate access to your funds, please contact our Personal Banking Center at 706-769-6611 to process.

How can I report my debit card lost or stolen? FAQ graphic
Please contact our Personal Banking Center immediately if you suspect your debit card is lost, stolen, or compromised. You may also use our array of online banking and mobile banking solutions to cancel your card.

How do I get a new PIN for my debit card?
To request a new PIN for your debit card, visit any of our financial center locations during business hours. We can also mail a new PIN to your address on file. Contact our Personal Banking Center to request a PIN mailer.

What do I need to do if there are unauthorized transactions on my account?
Please contact our Personal Banking Center immediately if you see unauthorized transactions on your account. For unauthorized debit card and electronic transactions you will also be asked to complete and sign dispute documentation at any of our financial center locations. 

What are Foreign ATM Fees?
Oconee State Bank charges a foreign ATM fee whenever you use an ATM that we do not own. This fee is separate from any charges imposed by the foreign ATM owner.

What is the daily cut-off time for ATM withdrawals?
ATM withdrawals made before 3:30 PM EST on a normal business day will be deducted from your available balance immediately and post the same day. Withdrawals made after 3:30 PM EST will be deducted from your available balance immediately and post on the following business day.

How can I reset my login information for Online, Mobile, or Telephone Banking?
Please contact our Personal Banking Center to reset your login information for any of our Electronic Services.

What is the daily cut-off time for Online & Mobile Banking transfers?
Transfers made before 11:00 PM EST from Online Banking & Mobile Banking on a normal business day will post the same day. Transfers made after 11:00 PM EST will post on the following business day.
