Community Financial Education

Oconee State Bank has a passion for sharing knowledge and teaching financial skills to our community. Team members across our organization work together to provide several topics to local schools to support the curriculum standards for students.

• Students have the opportunity to learn how to balance a checkbook, build a budget using excel, recognize what steps you want to take to start your credit, and what careers you could enjoy in the banking industry.
• After participating in one of our financial education sessions, students can access this page to download additional resources to support the application of the skills they were taught.
