Andy Flowers brings more than three decades of banking experience to Oconee State Bank, having served in senior and executive management roles across Middle Georgia. He was previously the organizing executive officer of American Pride Bank and has served the region since 1988. Andy is a graduate of Presbyterian College and the Georgia Banking School and serves as a director of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia.
